What is WiseCall?
WiseCall is an AI-powered business communications platform. It combines an AI receptionist that answers and manages your inbound calls with a complete phone system for your team. Every plan includes business numbers, staff extensions, mobile and desktop apps, and call handling around the clock.
Is the phone system included?
Yes. Every WiseCall plan includes a complete phone system with business numbers, extensions and apps for iOS, Android and desktop. You do not need a separate telecoms contract or any hardware.
What counts as an AI call?
An AI call is any inbound call answered and handled by the WiseCall AI receptionist. Internal calls between your team members are not counted. Your plan includes a set number of AI calls per month. Additional calls are charged at £0.65 each.
Can I keep my existing business number?
Yes. In most cases your existing number can be ported to WiseCall. If you need a new number, one is included with your plan. We will confirm what is possible for your specific number during onboarding.
What happens if the AI cannot help a caller?
WiseCall knows when a call needs a person. If the AI cannot resolve an enquiry, it will route the call to a member of your team, offer a callback, or send an urgent alert depending on how you have configured your escalation settings. No caller is left without a clear next step.
Do you offer out-of-hours only or overflow modes?
Yes. You can configure WiseCall to answer all inbound calls, to cover only out-of-hours periods, or to step in when your lines are busy. All three modes are available on every plan at no extra cost.
What UK outbound calls are included?
Every plan includes outbound calls to UK 01/02 (local and national), UK 03, and major UK mobile networks. Standard exclusions apply. See the full inclusions and exclusions listed under the Pricing section.
How many outbound minutes are included?
Up to 3,000 outbound minutes per user, per month to included UK destinations. Calls beyond the allowance or to non-included destinations are charged at standard rates. Full details are under Pricing.
How does pricing work?
Plans are £249, £399 or £699 per month, each including a set number of AI-handled inbound calls, staff extensions, and UK outbound minutes. The phone system, apps and business numbers are included. Additional AI calls cost £0.65 each. All prices exclude VAT. Full inclusions and exclusions are listed under the pricing table.
What is the contract term?
All WiseCall plans require a 12-month minimum term. Payment is made monthly by Direct Debit. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades are handled at the point of renewal at the end of your current term.
How is my data handled?
WiseCall is built with GDPR-aware data handling. Call summaries and captured data are stored securely on UK-based infrastructure, with access controls per team member. For specific data processing questions relevant to your sector, please contact us directly.
Can my IT provider or telecoms reseller offer WiseCall?
